Frequently Asked Question

08. Joy Bidder

Last Updated 2 years ago

After you’ve made a sale at Lokein, usually the process to complete a transaction with the bidder is easy but sometimes you might find yourself in a situation where the highest bidder hasn’t making any payment yet for the item they won the auction.

If that happens, you should contact the bidder to try and resolve the issue. Get in touch with the bidder to find out why they haven’t paid. Sometimes it’s just that they didn’t realize they won the auction, they’re not sure of the shipping cost, or don’t know how to pay.

We’re always here to step in with help if needed. When you let us know that a bidder hasn’t paid, we can step in and help you. Please tap on "Report Joy Bidder" at the "Help" top header at the drop-down menu.

We’ll get in touch with the bidder on your behalf and ask them to pay you. We can also protect you against unfair feedback by bidder and necessary action will be taken against the joy bidder. Once we’re certain that the sale won’t be completed, you can make a second chance offer to the next highest bidder by cancelling previous winning bidder pending purchase.
