We’re always here to step in with help if needed. When you let us know that a bidder hasn’t paid, we can step in and help you. Please tap on "Joy Bidder" below and at the Help Topic, please select "Report Joy Bidder" as the subject.
We’ll get in touch with the bidder on your behalf and ask them to pay you. We can also protect you against unfair feedback by bidder and necessary action will be taken against the joy bidder. Once we’re certain that the sale won’t be completed, you can make a second chance offer to the next highest bidder by cancelling previous winning bidder pending purchase.
