If users violates this policies, user’s account will be permanently suspended in using Lokein services. Legal action might be took to the user as well. 9. Any kind and type of foods. For the safety of our Users, Sellers may not list any types of food and food-related items on our Site:
   1. Listings containing medicinal claims – that is, a claim that the item is intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease in humans and/or animals, contraception, inducing anaesthesia or otherwise preventing or interfering with the normal operation of a physiological function, whether permanently or temporarily, and whether by way of terminating, reducing or postponing, or increasing or accelerating, the operation of that function or in any other way (for example, pharmaceutical drugs, contact lenses, misbranded dietary supplements);
   2. Noxious food items – Food which contains any prohibited substances or substances in excess of permitted proportions, adulterated food without fully informing Buyer at the time of sale of the nature of the transaction;
   3. Non-pasteurised and pasteurised dairy products;
   4. Wild Mushrooms.
   5. Any other food items hazardous to human health.
   6. Sealed containers food.
   7. Perishable food.
10. Drugs, Drug equipment & Drug test prevention aids, Narcotics or Steroids.
11. Fireworks & Hazardous materials.
12. Miracle Cures.
13. Forex & Currencies.
14. Pornographies, Adult Contents, Escort Services & Sexually Oriented Materials or Services.
15. Counterfeits & Replica Goods.
16. Items or Downloads that infringe or Violate Copyright, Trademark, Right of publicity or privacy or any other proprietary right under the laws of any jurisdiction and File Sharing services.
17. Tobaccos & Alcohols.
18. Pyramid or Ponzi schemes, Matrix Programs & Other “GET RICH QUICK” schemes and Investment Schemes.
19. Tele-marketing.
20. Time Sharing.
21. Gold bars & Jewelleries.
22. Items that promote hate, racism, religious persecution and offensive content.
23. Items encouraging illegal activity.
24. Pharmaceutical products.
25. Buyers Club/Membership Clubs.
26. Football tickets, concert tickets, airplane boarding pass, train tickets, Bus or any public transport tickets and any prepaid cards such as Touch N’ Go cards.
27. Human remains and body parts.
28. Licensed/Unlicensed Multi-Level marketing.
29. Stolen goods including digital & virtual goods.
30. Obscene items.
31. Associated with purchases of annuities or lottery contracts and any gambling transaction.
32. Lay-away systems, off-shore banking or transactions to finance or refinance debts funded by any means of payment.
33. Check Cashing business.
34. Provide certain credit repair or debt settlement services, credit transactions or insurance activities.
35. Involve the sales of products or services identified by government agencies to have high likelihood of being fraudulent.
36. Gambling or any services regarding gambling.
37. Slot Machines.
38. Publications, books, films, videos and/or video games that do not comply with applicable laws in the country of sale and/or delivery.
39. Mislabelled Goods.
40. Direct-marketing-subscriptions.
