07. Account Suspension / Account Blocked

We never want to disrupt someone from using Lokein, but to protect our community and our users we may occasionally suspend accounts if we're concerned about fraud or other negative impacts to our users.

If we've placed a suspension on your account, it's usually for one of the following reasons:

  • Manipulating Lokein system and resulting in bad user experience to our users
  • Manipulating Lokein Money Back Guarantee
  • Too many joy bidder report on your account
  • Several range of action been taken based on the Open Cases of Item Not Received or Item Not As Describe
  • A serious violation of one of our rules and policies
  • We’re unable to verify your account information


How to have your account reinstated

Getting your account reinstated may be as simple as waiting for a temporary suspension to finish, making changes to your listings, or sending us some more information – it depends on the reason why we suspended your account.
